After the initial assessment of your horse and yourself, the demonstration saddle of your chosen style is fitted and tried. You may wish to try the different styles of seat - deep, shallow or flat - and the flap in both positions - straight or forward - to see which suits you best. Should you wish to put the WOW saddle through it's paces more thoroughly, it can be left with you for up to one week for you to try with no obligation. When you order a WOW saddle it is made in the colour and type of leather of your choice. Plain, suede, buffalo or buffalo nubuck. All of these can be grain side up or reversed in your choice of colours. Leather swatches are available. You can mix combinations of your choice, including plain or white stitching. If you require longer or shorter flaps these can be made in some styles. The saddle comes with stirrup leathers and fleece cover. The RRP of the WOW saddle is £1495 (at the time of writing - October 2006) regardless of style, leather and any modifications you require. A deposit of £495 is required and you have 14 days should you wish to change your mind. It then becomes non-refundable as each item is individually made and not a stock item.
